Hi I'm Lauren.
I have a decade of classroom teaching experience. I am trained in Orton-Gillingham phonics instruction. I provide one-on-one tutoring for reading, writing, and math. I specialize in teaching students with dyslexia and reading challenges. Students benefit from an explicit and multi-sensory approach to reading and writing.

From supporting your child's emerging reading skills to helping him or her have increased confidence around math, I collaborate with parents and your child's teachers to address learning goals. Whether your child needs to preview material or review concepts, I take time to reinforce classroom learning. During sessions I share effective strategies and incorporate games to increase students confidence and bolster academic skills.
